BONNEY FORGE valves are available from Petropipe International Ltd (www.petropipe.co.uk).

The American name BONNEY FORGE arrived in Italy in 1967 when the group acquired the Valve Division of Officine Metallurgiche - O.M.B.A. located in Albano S. Alessandro 30 miles east of Milan, they have exclusively specialized in the production of forged steel valves since 1953.

Since 1987 the Company ownership has been Italian and B.F.E. S.p.A. is licensee to use the brand "BONNEY FORGE" for its valves production. The company is now owned by one of Italy’s largest companies VALBRUNA, and it no has two large manufacturing plants Northern Italy.

Our stock range includes gate valves, globe valves, piston check valves & ball check valves. Sizes that are available are from ½” – 2”, class ratings covered are Class 800 through Class 2500. They range from Flanged to ANSI B16.5 to Threaded NPT to ANSI B1.20.1 or Socket weld to ANSI B16.11. & Butt weld to ANSI B16.25

Materials include A105, A350 LF2, A352 LCC/LCB, 316 Stainless steel, Duplex stainless steel, Super Duplex stainless steel, Chrome Moly steels, 254SMO.

We can also modify existing BONNEYFORGE stock valves to include Cryogenic extensions, Cleaning for Oxygen use, Non-destructive testing (MPI, PMI, X-ray & Dye-Penetrant), Stem extensions, pipe pups and trim changes, no job is too small or too large.

All these valves are available in forged and cast steels to meet all sorts of customer requirements and specifications. BONNEY FORGE Valves specialize in high pressure applications (up to 20,000psi) and extreme service conditions typical of highly sour services, toxic (bellows seal) cryogenic (down to -196°C) and high temperature (up to 750°C). B.F.E. also produces valves with special mountings for electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators and other specific accessories.

BFE Valve products have been type tested at the presence of major end users (Shell, BP, Aramco, Texaco, Chevron etc), major contractors (Flour, Babcock, etc.) & third party inspection authorities (Lloyds, BV, Velosi, ABS, DNV etc.) and the design activities are audited and certified to PED & API standards. The company operates a sophisticated Quality Management system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
