Brooksbank Valves are acknowledged leaders in the manufacture of aluminium bronze & high alloy steel ball valves. They supply to a diverse range of users, from oil & gas to petrochemical.

Established in 1953 primarily for the manufacture of valves for the Navy, valves designed & manufactured by Brooksbank can now be found in service with a diverse range of end users throughout the world, providing specialist Alloy Ball, Gate & Check Valves for demanding applications. The same expertise applied to the design & manufacture of valves for the Defence Industry extends to their Specialist Ball, Gate & Check Valve Ranges. These valves are used in all environments, including corrosive material handling applications & by a wide range of industries worldwide, including among others: Oil & Gas; Pharmaceutical; Petrochemical; Chemical.

Non Standard Valves: PETROPIPE INTERNATIONAL and the manufacturer understand that there are times when valves from a company's standard range may not be ideally suited to a particular application. We actively encourage customers to discuss their requirements with us & in many cases we can offer tailored solutions based upon existing designs.

These can include for example: Non-Standard Face to Face Lengths; Extended Stems; Trunnion Mounting; Special Bonnet Arrangements; Differing Inlet & Outlet connections and may others; Larger sizes on request; Higher class ratings available on request.

Fire Testing:
The standard range single piece end entry & full bore two piece valves have been fire tested & certified to API 607 Edition 4 inclusive of materials covered under ANSI B16.34. The most demanding of the fire tests, this standard includes a leak test after burn.

PETROPIPE INTERNATIONAL  have the experience to supply these valves with full confidence in the design and performance of the products.
