Fluval Valves

Fluval valves are available from Petropipe International Ltd (www.petropipe.co.uk).

Fluval is one of the leading Spanish manufacturers of industrial valves, it was established in 1969, and currently employs over 125 people.

Their manufacturing program includes valves for all fields of industry:

They supply a complete range of steel valves mainly for the chemical and petrochemical industries are available, but these are also suitable for use in mining, gas treatment and distribution.

Additionally, they supply a complete line of cast and nodular iron valves for the water industry, a line of bronze valves for industrial and domestic applications, and other special valves for different purposes, all to the various international standards.

At the present moment, the direction of new product development and research within Fluval is into the following areas:

  • Pressure Seal valves, particularly for use in power stations.
  • Development of Through-Conduit valves. At present, class 600 and class 900 valves being tested.
  • New large size Bolted Bonnet valves, in the size range 48" to 60" class 150, and up to 48" class 600.
  • Cryogenic valves, in which Fluval is aiming for full qualification.
  • Tilting Disc Valves

The Quality Control is fully certified to ISO-9000 CE Certification, and is operated in all aspects of the company.



Fluval ValvesFluval has a clear QA policy aimed at satisfying the requirements of its customers. This policy is supported by a QA system to avoid non-conforming products at all the stages, from the design through to the end of the product. A small strong team work, along with the expanding use of CNC and automation through robotic technology, to expand the range of products and improve the current.

The core range of stock products are GATE VALVES, GLOBE VALVES and SWING CHECK VALVES, all according to API and BS standards. With sizes from 2” to 24” available in Class rating 150 through 1500 , the majority of ex stock requirements are catered for. The materials of construction are Carbon Steel, Stainless steel and Chrome Moly for high temperature applications.
