SCV Plug valves was established in 1972. The primary focus of the Company was to provide full inline field service for valve maintenance as well as in house valve modifications. SCV  holds the API6A & API6D Monogram, API Q1 Quality Management System, and National Board “R” stamp to ASME standards. They produce the Pressure-balanced Lubricated Plug valves.

The SCV plug valves are offered in the full pressure range in the ANSI Class from 150# to 2500# Sizes range from ½” to 30” on the lower pressures (up to Class 600; ½” to 20” class 900; ½” to 16” class 1500; 2” to 12” class 2500). These specialist valves are available from stock in carbon steels and to order in all materials from Carbon Steels, Chrome-moly steels, Stainless Steel & Exotic Alloy Duplex stainless steels.

Design, Face to Face Dimension, Inspection & Testing is to API 6D. Flange End Dimensions are to ANSI B16.5; Butt-Weld End Dimensions are to ANSI B16.2.
